RETURN POLICY

McLaud Apparel will accept RETURNS IF IT IS WITHIN 30 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM and is returned to us in original packaging, unopened, unused and in good condition. 

 The customer will be responsible for its return shipping costs and all items need to be in its original package. 

 Absolutely NO RETURNS are accepted from damages caused by couriers, in that case the customer needs to open a claim directly with the courier immediately Inks, printing supplies (Consumables) or regular supplies that come with bundles. 

 Once the items are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your payment method for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

A 30% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

 

WARRANTY

McLaud Apparel will only honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon receipt of items, McLaud Apparel will process your warranty claim within 7 business days.

Once confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a replacement item to sent to you (if stock is available)

 

CANCELLATIONS

 A processing fee of 5% +$1.00 will apply to the total amount for any canceled orders or refunded orders.

McLaud Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment. or deemed to be fraudulent.
